New datasets added to Envirocheck Flood Screening report

The Envirocheck Flood Screening report has improved. At Envirocheck we take pride in providing our customers with the best quality data and services, allowing them to make better informed decisions.

For this reason JBA Risk Management Flood data has been added to the Envirocheck Flood Screening report. JBA Flood data is an extensive source of flooding information. Using this data you will now be able to assess flooding risk based on pluvial, fluvial and coastal sources from 75 year return period to 1000 year return period, as well as canal and dam break data.

We have also added ESI Groundwater Flood data to the Flood Screening report which provides information on the risk of groundwater flooding. Risk is provided in 50m x 50m areas and is reported within the following categories: negligible, low, moderate and high risk. These classifications are based on the level of risk within an estimated return period of 200 years.

We are continually looking for ways to improve our reports and service so watch this space or follow us on Twitter for more enhancements coming soon…
