All post 1997 Planning Applications collected from planning registers throughout Great Britain, using local authority weekly planning lists. The data comprises large, small and minor applications and includes records of potential projects gathered from trade publications and tender requests.

Available through Envirocheck Export in a range of digital formats; DWG, Shape, DXF, SDF, TAB and GML. Data is delivered within three hours of placing your order.

Product Specification
Planning applications comprise of planning permission submitted to local authorities. Developments not requiring planning permission are excluded. Large, small and minor applications are split on the basis of estimated project value:
- Small applications have a value of less than £100,000.
- Minor applications cover very small works – conservatories, car ports and signs etc.
- Decisions are tracked for large applications – information for older applications dated before October 2006 may not be available.
