Features and Benefits
- Comprehensive – 35–45 utilities searched for each site, including the relevant Local Authority.
- Guaranteed – A fresh new search on every site is assured.
- Fixed price – There are no hidden disbursement charges, making it easy to cost up a job.
- Quality assurance – Every plan that goes into the Utilities service is checked for accuracy and to ensure it is for the site requested by the client; plans produced by 3rd parties are given a rubber-stamp of approval.
- Unique – A status report confirming the utility services which have been searched and the status of the response (including whether or not the utility is affected) is included in the service, enabling clients to 'at a glance' complete a risk screen of their development to understand the potential impact of utilities and to confirm the ownership of unidentified chambers and plants on site, without having to trawl through all responses.
- Effective reporting – Responses are separated into ‘Affected’ and ‘Unaffected’ sections of the report, saving clients valuable time not having to go though unaffected responses.
- Trusted – Trusted brand name in information provision.

Testimonial
We require utilities information for planning applications that we do on behalf of our clients. Previously we used to write to each utility company individually and collate the information ourselves. We would also often do trial pits onsite just to be sure what was down beneath. It would take weeks to get the information. Now with the Envirocheck Utilities Report we simply place our order online and within 20 days we receive all the utility information collated from a single source, saving us valuable time.
