Can I cancel my Coal Authority Report?
If you contact us as soon as possible after the order has been placed, we may be able to cancel the Coal Authority Report order. However once we have placed the order with the Coal Authority, we will not be able to cancel the order.

How do I know if my site is in a Coal Mining Affected Area?
The Envirocheck website will recognise if your site falls within a Coal Mining Affected Area and will pre-select the Coal Authority Report as a recommended report.

On the Envirocheck website my account says that my Coal Authority Report has been ‘Dispatched’ but I haven’t received any information yet. Where is my Report?
The ‘Dispatched’ status for a Coal Report simply means that the order request has been dispatched to the Coal Authority. It does not mean your report is available. We will email the Coal Report to you as soon as it is available from the Coal Authority.

When can I expect to receive my Coal Authority Report?
Please allow up to 5 working days for your Coal Authority Report to arrive. Whilst the majority of reports are available within 2 working days, some sites may require an extra review and larger sites can take longer too. If you have not received your Coal Authority Report and would like to check the progress, please contact the Customer Services Team on 0844 844 9952.

Where can I find information about the price of a Coal Authority Report?
All prices are available to view online. Simply log onto your account, select the New Order tab, draw your site boundary and then choose the Coal Authority Coal and Brine Report. Prices will be provided and you can then save this as a Quote. Alternatively you can contact the Customer Services Team on 0844 844 9952.
