• How do I pay for my Report?

  If your company is based within the United Kingdom, the cost of your Report will be placed on a Credit Account linked to your company and an Invoice will be posted to you.  If your company is based outside of the United Kingdom, we will contact you to arrange payment via Credit or Debit card prior to processing your order. 

• How do I request a quote or place an order?

• How long will it take to receive my Report?

  The Envirocheck EU Screening Report takes 48 hours from point of order confirmation. The Envirocheck Full Data Pack for EU and non-EU countries takes 15 working days from confirming the order.

• How will my Report be delivered?

  All orders are dispatched via email in PDF format.  If you require a printed copy or CD version, there will be an additional fee to cover postage and packaging. This fee can be quoted for at the time of ordering.

• I have a question about the data in my report – where can I find the answer?

  Please look in the Envirocheck International Userguide.

• I have several sites to order at the same time. What is the most efficient way of doing this?

  For up to 5 sites in one batch please complete the on-line order form for each site.  For more than 5 sites in a batch, please contact the Customer Services Team on 0844 844 9952 to discuss your requirements.

• I need some specific data for my site – can I speak with someone about this?

  Yes please feel free to contact the Customer Services Team on 0844 844 9952 who can direct you to an Account Manager to discuss this further.
