I have already ordered an Envirocheck Report for my site and need to add a Geology Report. How do I do this?
This can be done using the ‘Order Extra Data’ function. If you log onto your Envirocheck account, click on the ‘Order Tracking’ tab, enter the 8-digit order number and click Search, this will display the details of your original order. You can then click on the “Order Extra Data” tab and select any extra products you require, being sure to un-tick any products you do not require.

I have a question about the information in my Geology Report. Where can I find more information?
You may wish to refer to the Envirocheck Product User Guide which is available to download from the Envirocheck page (LINK). If this does not answer your question, please contact the Customer Services Team on 0844 844 9952.

Why is the 1:50,000 scale Geology Report available for my site but not the 1:10,000 scale Geology Report?
There is only partial coverage of the United Kingdom at 1:10,000 scale for Geology data. If there is 1:10,000 scale coverage of your site, you will be able to tick the 1:10,000 Geology Report, and if there is no coverage then this option will be unavailable.
