Product Overview
Administrative Boundaries are provided by Ordnance Survey and display Local Authority Boundaries, County Councils and Greater London Authority Boundaries and Parish and Community Boundaries. Knowing the location of administrative boundaries and which constituency a site falls into allows you to identify which local authority and councilors are responsible for planning strategies in that area.
Solutions

I have a large site which requires specific digital data - can I speak to an Account Manager about this?
Yes. Please feel free contact the Customer Services Team on 0844 844 9952 who will transfer you to your Account Manager or if you have their details already, please feel free to contact your Account Manager directly.
-
I have a question about the digital data I have ordered.
You may wish to refer to the Envirocheck Export User Guide. If this does not answer your query, please contact the Customer Services Team on 0844 844 9952.
-
The digital data I ordered does not cover the area I expected. Why is this?
Digital data is supplied for the area within your exact site boundaries and not for a wider buffered area. If you require data for a wider area, please ensure that this whole area is incorporated into the site which is drawn. This is particularly important if you are considering a linear route.
