  • How much will digital data cost for my site?

    All prices are available to view online. Log on to your Envirocheck account, select the New Order tab, draw the exact data area and then choose the data you are interested in. Prices will be provided and you can save this as a Quote. Alternatively you can contact the Customer Services Team on 0844 844 9952 to discuss your data requirements.

     

  • I have a large site which requires specific digital data - can I speak to an Account Manager about this?

    Yes. Please feel free contact the Customer Services Team on 0844 844 9952 who will transfer you to your Account Manager or if you have their details already, please feel free to contact your Account Manager directly.

  • I have a question about the digital data I have ordered.

    You may wish to refer to the Envirocheck Export User Guide. If this does not answer your query, please contact the Customer Services Team on 0844 844 9952.

  • The digital data I ordered does not cover the area I expected. Why is this?

    Digital data is supplied for the area within your exact site boundaries and not for a wider buffered area. If you require data for a wider area, please ensure that this whole area is incorporated into the site which is drawn. This is particularly important if you are considering a linear route.

  • What format is the Envirocheck digital data available in?

    Planning and Flooding digital data are available in the following formats:

    Mapping – GeoTIFF (Default), ESRI World , MapInfoTab 
    OS Mastermap – AutoCAD DXF, AutoCAD DWG  
    Data – Mapinfo Tab (Default), AutoCAD DXF, Autodesk SDF, AutoCAD, DWG, ESRI Shape, GML 
    Digitised Site – MapInfo Tab (Default), AutoCad DXF, ESRI Shape

  • When can I expect to receive my data?

    All digital data will be available within three hours of ordering, with the exception of EA LIDAR data which takes up to 48 hours to be delivered.
