Password Recovery

If you have forgotten your Envirocheck password you can request a reminder by emailing customerservice@envirocheck.co.uk

Once you have submitted a member of our Customer Service team will contact during business hours (09:00 - 17:30 Monday -Friday) you with a reminder of your password.

We aim to respond with one hour, but if you need it urgently please call us.

Username Recovery

If you have forgotten your Envirocheck username you can request a reminder by completing our Forgotten Login Details form found here.

How do I pay my invoice?

You can pay your invoice in a variety of different ways, these include:

CREDIT CARD / DEBIT CARD

Simply click on the link included within your electronic invoice or call our Accounts team on +44 (0)330 036 6618

There are no charges for paying your invoice by credit card,  there is however a limit of £5000. If you are an e-billing customer and have an invoice for more than £5000 then please contact our accounts department on +44 (0)330 036 6618.

INTERNET BANKING / BACS

You can pay your invoice via online banking facilities or BACS by using the following details:

Ref: "Your Account ref"

CHEQUES

Cheques should be made payable to "Landmark Information Group Ltd"

Please write your Account ref on the back of your cheque and send your cheque to:
