If you have forgotten your Envirocheck password you can request a reminder by emailing [email protected] Once you have submitted a member of our Customer Service team will contact during business hours (09:00 - 17:30 Monday - Friday) you with a reminder of your password. We aim to respond within one hour, but if you need it urgently please call us.

You can pay your invoice in a variety of different ways, these include: CREDIT CARD / DEBIT CARD Simply click on the link included within your electronic invoice or call our Accounts team on +44 (0)330 036 6618 There are no charges for paying your invoice by credit card, there is however a limit of £5000. If you are an e-billing customer and have an invoice for more than £5000 then please contact our accounts department on +44 (0)330 036 6618. INTERNET BANKING / BACS You can pay your invoice via online banking facilities or BACS by using the following details: Account Name: Landmark Information Group Ltd Account Number: 71015531 Sort Code: 50-00-00 Ref: "Your Account ref". CHEQUES Cheques should be made payable to "Landmark Information Group Ltd" Please write your Account ref on the back of your cheque and send your cheque to: Accounts Department, Landmark Information Group Ltd, 5-7 Abbey Court, Eagle Way, Sowton Industrial Estate, Exeter, EX2 7HY.
